AZ are one of the leading manufacturers of Chemical Service Valves in the world. Many of the designs started with and still do today with collaboration with the customers in toxic and aggressive applicaions.
What type of valves are manufactured by AZ?. They manufacture Sleeved plug valves and lined plug valves in 2-way, 3-way, 4-way and 5-way flow designs. One version of the plug valve is UOP certified for HF acid service. DBB versions are also available in sleeved plug design. Ball valves in side-entry and top-entry lined bodies. Lined check valves, lined strainers, sampling valves and systems for gas as well as liquids.
What end connections are they available in? AZ manufacture from the small bore sizes in tube ended, socket weld, and threaded (ISO and NPT. Flanged valves to suit their pressures classes of PN 16, PN 40, ASA 150, ASA 300, ASA 600 and ASA900.
